Corrientes 1341, 12th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, we are committed to the protection of personal data in accordance with Argentine Law N° 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and its supplementary rules, as well as Provision 11/2006 and Resolution 132/2018 of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

The controller of your personal data is Scalepointar S.A., registered with the General Justice Inspectorate under N° 48.912/2026. You can contact us at privacy@scalepointar.com to exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection.
2. Data we collect
We collect identification data (first and last name), contact data (corporate email, phone number), corporate data (company name, CUIT) and technical browsing data (IP address, device type, cookies) when you complete our forms or browse scalepointar.com.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is processed to: (i) respond to B2B commercial enquiries; (ii) send communications about our Business Intelligence platform; (iii) produce personalised analytical diagnostics; (iv) comply with legal and accounting obligations in Argentina.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, on the performance of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship with Scalepointar S.A., and on compliance with legal obligations under Law 25.326.
5. Transfer and international transfer
Your data may be processed by technology providers located within the European Economic Area or countries deemed to provide an adequate level of protection by the AAIP. Data is never sold or shared with third parties outside the scope of service provision.
6. Retention period
Data is retained throughout the commercial relationship and, thereafter, during the applicable legal periods (Argentine Civil and Commercial Code, tax and accounting rules) to address legal responsibilities.
7. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to access the registry of their personal data free of charge every six months (Art. 14, Law 25.326), as well as to request its rectification, updating or deletion. Complaints may also be filed with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority of Law 25.326.
8. Information security
Scalepointar S.A. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit, role-based access control and periodic audits.
