These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the scalepointar.com site and the B2B analytics services provided by Scalepointar S.A., CUIT 30-71894022-8, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1341, 12th floor, CABA, Argentina.
1. Acceptance
Access to and use of the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the site.
2. Services
Scalepointar S.A. provides Business Intelligence services, data integration, executive dashboards and predictive modelling under a SaaS model to B2B companies operating in Argentina and Latin America.
3. Registration and subscription
The subscription form on the site is intended for B2B commercial communication. The user warrants the accuracy of the data provided and undertakes to keep it up to date.
4. Intellectual property
All contents on the site (texts, graphics, code, trademarks, demonstrative dashboards) are the property of Scalepointar S.A. or are used under the appropriate licences. Reproduction without express written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and public order, refraining from reverse engineering, automated attacks, mass scraping or any activity that compromises the service infrastructure.
6. Limitation of liability
Scalepointar S.A. shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or interruptions beyond its reasonable control. Aggregate total liability shall not exceed the amount effectively paid by the client in the 12 months prior to the event.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the site and by Law N° 25.326 of the Argentine Republic.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum.
9. Amendments
Scalepointar S.A. may amend these terms by publishing the new version on the site. Amendments will enter into force 10 days after their publication.
